SYNOPSIS

Milo thinks she is a tyrant and a bore without a sense of humor. And he has let her know how he feels! Enough with mom!

Then, out of nowhere, in the middle of the night mother-nabbing Martians arrive and kidnap her out of her bed. Milo dives onto the rocket and jets off to Mars with his (still sleeping) mom. The Martians are ecstatic – a much needed real-life mom has just arrived for them! But when the Martian air is unbreathable and Milo’s oxygen helmet breaks, his mom doesn’t hesitate – she gives her own helmet to Milo. When she collapses from lack of oxygen, it’s Milo’s turn to be a hero: do something, “She is my mom!”

Sometimes it takes an alien to show us what we should appreciate most in life…

PERFECT AGE 5 – 8

THEMES

  • Isn’t it true that moms never see the fun in anything, have too many rules, and get way too angry at us?
  • Even if you don’t appreciate something, someone else might (and try to take it from you)!
  • Moms will sacrifice everything for you – even their oxygen helmet! Because that’s what moms do.

WATCH OUT FOR (Language, Big / Sensitive Topics, Outdated Concepts):

  • If your child is very impressionable, give them а heads-up that Martians don’t really kidnap people, and that nothing bad was about to happen to the mom. Perhaps it was all in Milo’s dream?
